About DilutionIQ
A research platform for US small-cap stocks. We read each SEC filing and turn it into plain-English readings: how much new stock a company could sell, and whether it can sell right now.

Why DilutionIQ
We read the SEC filings so you know what a company can sell before you buy, then help you build and practise a plan around it.
- The question others buryCan this company sell new shares today, and how many? Price apps don’t say. The filings do, and we read them.
- Plain English, with the sourceEvery reading links to the filing it came from, so you can check it yourself.
- Three readings, in orderTwo lights, the marks, 21 days of symbols history. The same glance for every stock.
- Built for new tradersLearning cards, Adam’s lessons and a questionnaire that starts from zero.
- Reading becomes a planAdam writes a plan from your answers. The simulator lets you practise it with practice money.
- Honest by designNo trade calls, no promised returns. Adam and Aiden never pick, size or place a trade.
- From anywhereUS market hours in your own time zone. The free tier needs no card.
- Protects the accountMost new small-cap traders lose money buying into stocks that are quietly selling new shares. We show that first.
